Percy Nobleman’s Beard Conditioning Oil Review

A Fantastic Value for Money Beard Oil

So the big question: “Why do people use beard oils?”

Well, they hydrate the skin under the beard, which gets really dry when you wash your face. It also oils the hair so it looks healthier and vibrant.

And it’s right! I’ve had a beard for several years and I’ve constantly had trouble with the skin underneath getting dried out by soap and hair shampoo. The beard itself gets dried out, too. Beard oil not just keeps the skin under the beard from flaking, it provides the beard itself a soft feel and lustrous appearance. And it makes it less scraggly looking.

There are lots of options for beard conditioning. The most basic is to make use of an oil like argan or jojoba, which are inexpensive and absorb into the skin rapidly without feeling slimy.

So it could be much easier to seek out a cost effective product that’s already been made. I bought one from Amazon, Percy Nobleman’s Beard Oil this product is amazingly cheap at an incredible £1.99 per 10ml, so £19.99 for 100ml. I anticipate this one bottle to last me 4-6 months.

Percy Nobleman’s uses a base of argan & mineral oil (which, by the way, have virtually no aroma’s by themselves) with a simple combination of almond, avocado, jojoba and nigella oils. Here is Percy’s explanation of each ingredient and how they’re great for your beard!
Mineral Oil – Exceptional emollient to help treat & avoid dry/rough/itchy beards and small irritations. Assists to lock in moisture & soften too.

Argan Oil (natural) – Jam packed with Vitamin E, Omega 3 & 9. Enhances your beards strength & flexibility.

Almond Oil – Nourishes and smoothes hair cuticles, enhances roots, serves as nature’s natural sealant, locking in wetness.

Avocado Oil – Loaded with nutrients, including vitamins A, B, D and E. Excellent for moisturising and deep conditioning, improving your beards strength.

Jojoba Oil – Completes cracks on hair cuticles assisting to fix dry beards, assists to lower frizziness & also is known to advertise hair growth (we will not promise that though).

Ricinus Communis Seed Oil – Conditioning oil for your skin.

Nigella Sativa Seed Oil – Made use of as a natural medication! Great antioxidant & immune boosting oil.

Parfum, Benzyl Benzoate, Benzotriazolyl, Dodecyl P-Cresol, Limonene – fragrances, stabilisers & natural compounds.

It seems the ingredients list is vast and each serves a purpose, you can tell they have gone to great length in researching this beard oil.
After 2 weeks of working it into my beard each day after a shower (this is important). I took one small pump and worked it into my hands, after doing this I worked it from the bottom of my beard upwards. Once I’d worked the oil in I usually give it a good comb. This is great for the skin!

Then it’s good for styling, so I’ll brush the beard into a good shape. After about a week all itchiness I’d normally get had gone. I’d also noticed my beard to be fuller, and obviously very soft. It’s advertised as a beard softener but you also get many other benefits! I’m impressed.
And the best thing is obviously the value for money. I use the oil more generously now as I can afford to! Paying £6.99 on a 10ml bottle had become rather costly. This oil is a quality and I’ll be using it daily from now on.
